香煎南瓜甜栗饅頭

  • 煮栗子的紅糖隨意

  • 酵母粉2g

Steps to make 香煎南瓜甜栗饅頭

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.南瓜和栗子先蒸熟,南瓜壓泥。
  • 3.栗子用紅糖水慢煮至軟身后放涼備用。
  • 4.面粉加入南瓜泥中。
  • 5.把2克的酵母粉用暖水調開再倒入面粉中。
  • 6.揉成面團。
  • 7.蓋上保鮮紙醒發半小時左右。
  • 8.醒發面團的時候,我們把放涼的栗子切小粒。
  • 9.面團醒發完后,用擀面杖擀出一片面片。
  • 10.把栗子碎均勻放在面片上(我個人喜歡口感丰富點還加了蔓越莓)。
  • 11.把面片從一邊卷上(如圖)。
  • 12.冷水上鍋醒10分鐘再開火蒸12分鐘,關火燜3分鐘即可。注意⚠️(如果大家喜歡生煎的這一步可以省略,直接切片煎熟即可)。
