健康月饼——香芋枣泥糕
中秋节吃芋头是源远流长的一项习俗,但各地人们在中秋节吃芋头的含义却各有不同。芋头是一种非常有益的碱性食物,煮粥、煲汤、红烧都很好吃。中秋节少了月饼,感觉没有了气氛,买来的月饼高油高糖,更担心里面的配料。还是自己动手吧,用哪些营养丰富的新鲜食材,为家人制作美味健康的月饼。

Steps to make 健康月饼——香芋枣泥糕

  • 1.芋头去皮洗净,切成适当大小的片盛入容器中。
  • 2.将芋头放入蒸锅中,大火蒸40分钟至熟透,碾成芋头泥。
  • 3.取一小锅放入冰糖和糖桂花、少许水小火煮至冰糖溶化。
  • 4.将芋头泥、煮好的糖桂花、粘米粉混合均匀。
  • 5.蒸锅的水烧开,大火将混合的芋头泥蒸10分钟取出放凉。
  • 6.玉米淀粉放入微波炉中加热2分钟取出放凉制成薄面,手上蘸取少许薄面, 取25克芋头泥做成面皮,再取25克枣泥馅。
  • 7.芋头皮将枣泥馅包好滚圆。
  • 8.将面团滚上薄面。
  • 9.将面团放入月饼模中压实。
  • 10.将压好的月饼脱模即可。
