  • 1.备材料
  • 2.鸭翅、鸭头用沸水焯一下,捞起待用
  • 3.热锅,爆香油与姜、蒜、花椒等配料
  • 4.加进所有调味料与烤肉酱
  • 5.下鸭翅、鸭头
  • 6.中火转小火煮1小时左右
  • 7.煮至软熟或是个人喜欢的程度,关火,由酱汁泡着,吃时再加热即可
