  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.莲子提前浸泡软
  • 3.锅中烧开水,倒入西米煮20分钟,煮10分钟关火焖一会再煮更好,直至西米煮透明先盛出
  • 4.直至西米煮透明先盛出
  • 5.浸泡的莲子洗干净;淮山去皮切小块
  • 6.重新在锅中加1000ml的清水,倒入淮山,莲子和姜片
  • 7.小火煲30分钟
  • 8.倒入西米再加入冰糖搅拌搅拌至冰糖融化
  • 9.最后倒入牛奶煮至微沸就好
  • 10.滋阴好喝。。
