万圣节是西方国家的“鬼节”,如同中国的“鬼节”一样,这一天也是一个小孩大人齐狂欢的节日。
好吧,那咱也趁着这个节日气氛来凑个热闹,做个重口味的饼干——蜘蛛可可饼干。其实做好的成品并不吓人,反而感觉挺可爱,也很有趣,而且还特别好吃,非常酥脆,跟曲奇差不多,相信孩子一定会喜欢。

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 玉米淀粉40g
  • 可可粉3g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 黄油75g
  • 黑巧克力豆10颗
  • 白巧克力少许

Steps to make 蜘蛛可可饼干

  • 1.备好所需食材
  • 2.黄油室温软化后倒入糖粉
  • 3.用电动打蛋器将其打发
  • 4.筛入低筋粉、玉米淀粉和可可粉
  • 5.和成面团(面团会有些干,慢慢把它揉成团就可以)
  • 6.取一小块面团(约12g)用手搓圆
  • 7.放在烤盘中用大拇指摁出个小圆坑,边上会有些小裂痕
  • 8.烤箱上下火175度预热5分钟,中层烤制20分钟取出散热
  • 9.准备好巧克力酱,白巧克力隔热水融化,并备好牙签
  • 10.待饼干放凉后,将巧克力酱挤入饼干坑里(巧克力酱不要挤太多,以免流出)
  • 11.先用牙签蘸点碟中的巧克力酱,在饼干两侧勾画出蜘蛛的8条腿,再把黑巧克力豆放在上面
  • 12.再用牙签蘸少许白巧克力点出眼白
  • 13.最后用牙签蘸少许巧克力酱在眼白中点出眼珠,再用白巧克力画出小嘴就完成啦,要做几个随意哈
  • 14.是不是很可爱呢
