萝卜花生黑鱼汤
冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不找医生开处方。萝卜个大肉嫩水分足,最可贵的是它与任何荤菜都能搭配,尤其今天要做的汤——黑鱼汤。
  黑鱼汤常被烧给开刀手术的病人喝,因为它有生肌作用,可以促进伤口愈合。但要注意的是,由于黑鱼的生肌效果太好,如果大量食用,会导致伤口肌肉生长太快而突起。黑鱼也会用来给产妇催乳,因其含有丰富的蛋白质和各种氨基酸。
  黑鱼有这么多特殊功效,那普通人能吃吗?当然可以,黑鱼还有健脾利水、改善脑力等功效,营养价值相当高。而加入花生米后,能起到美容养颜的作用呢。如果用的是红衣花生,更有补血的功效。但是红衣花生煮后会褪色,汤色不白了,所以我用了去皮花生。
  黑鱼吃多了会胀气,而萝卜是破气的,加入萝卜与黑鱼相辅相成,营养更全面。

Steps to make 萝卜花生黑鱼汤

  • 1.买黑鱼的时候,摊主会帮你去鱼鳞、内脏,并剁块,回家只需清洗干净血污。
  • 2.黑鱼皮肤上有一层粘液,怎么洗都洗不掉,可以用开水烫一下,再用刀刮就干净了。
  • 3.花生要煮软才好吃,所以提前开煮。砂锅中倒入一小碗花生米,加足量的清水,我的砂锅是4升的,加了半锅水。盖上盖子大火煮开转小火煮到你喜欢的软硬程度。
  • 4.下鱼块和白萝卜,同样加盖大火煮沸。
  • 5.撇去浮沫后再煮沸,煮到萝卜半透明状即可。
  • 6.加盐调味,盐量根据自己口味调整。
  • 7.出锅啦!
