话说感恩节那天去朋友家开PARTY,她嫂子做了这道菜很受欢迎,我请教了做法,回家如法炮制了,好吃啊,连不爱吃蟹的老公都吃了好几块,汁也沾面包吃了,可见这蟹的魅力,呵呵......现在螃蟹都在特价呢,我可要吃个够本。

  • 辣咖喱粉1大匙
  • 洋葱1个

Steps to make 椰香咖喱蟹

  • 1.螃蟹刷洗干净,剁块,蟹钳蟹脚用锤子捶裂,以便吃的时候方便。
  • 2.洋葱切小块。
  • 3.香茅剁碎,葱切段,姜切片。
  • 4.热油锅,把姜,葱白爆香。
  • 5.下洋葱和香茅爆香。
  • 6.放咖喱粉炒香。(注意不要炒糊了。)
  • 7.倒入牛奶和椰奶煮开。
  • 8.放入蟹煮15分钟至熟。
  • 9.最后放入剩下的葱,放少许盐调味即可。
  • 10.鲜香好吃。
