  • 1.把所有材料准备好。
  • 2.雪耳、百合、茨实、沙参洗净,并用温开水泡开。
  • 3.把泡开的雪耳洗净,剪去黄色的蒂部,并撕成小朵。
  • 4.猪龙骨洗干净后放进开水中煮一下,把骨头里的污血逼出。
  • 5.取出,用清水冲洗干净污血后,沥干水份。
  • 6.锅中注入适量清水,把所有材料放进高压锅中。
  • 7.加盖,大火煮开上气后中小火继续煮15分钟。
  • 8.等散气后即可开吃。
