排骨藕汤
这个是湖北人家最家常的汤。我家平时都是在周末的时候炖汤, 因为只有在周末的时候家人才能在餐桌上聚齐。一家人围在圆桌旁,在吃饭前,先喝上一碗暖暖的汤,聊聊新鲜事,其乐融融。

Steps to make 排骨藕汤

  • 1.超市购买直排2斤,让营业员剁成段。
  • 2.藕切成一段段的,洗净,撒点儿盐颠簸一下,先腌上一会儿,这样藕不会变色。
  • 3.排骨洗净和姜片一起放入高压锅中。
  • 4.高压锅里放入凉水,水量是高压锅的5分之3处。
  • 5.高压锅上汽后炖上15分钟。
  • 6.排骨炖好,放入藕块,再盖上锅盖,继续炖大概五分钟闻到藕的香味关火。
  • 7.高压锅排气后,打开锅盖,加盐三勺,开火煮一会儿让藕和肉进味,盛起的时候加点儿葱花。
