橙汁鳕鱼

Steps to make 橙汁鳕鱼

  • 1.鳕鱼洗净沥干水份去骨去皮,切小块。
  • 2.鳕鱼块中加入适量盐腌制10分钟。
  • 3.橙子切4瓣去皮去核。
  • 4.入搅拌机中搅打成泥。
  • 5.滤出澄汁备用。
  • 6.洋葱切丁。
  • 7.腌好的鳕鱼加入适量干淀粉抓匀抓散。
  • 8.入6成热的油锅中炸至表面金黄酥脆。
  • 9.捞出沥干油份。
  • 10.锅中倒少许油,放入洋葱炒香。
  • 11.加入番茄沙司炒出颜色,调入盐、白糖。
  • 12.倒入橙汁煮开。
  • 13.淋入水淀粉勾薄芡。
  • 14.倒入鳕鱼块快速翻炒,使鱼块均匀裹上料汁。
  • 15.出锅装盘。
  • 16.撒少许松仁即可。
