小宝念了许久的甜甜圈,果断的走一个先。用了二种口味混合起来,味儿色泽都更加棒了。

  • 白糖50克
  • 低粉85克
  • 可可粉15克
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 玉米油70克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 甜橙汁20克

Steps to make 双味甜甜圈

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.一个全蛋配入白糖打至糖化。
  • 3.再将甜橙汁加至在里面拌至融合。
  • 4.拌好后将泡打粉低粉加至在蛋糊里,拌至无干粉状。
  • 5.再将方子一半量的玉米油加至在蛋糊里。
  • 6.拌好后即成双味里面的橙味面糊,入裱花袋冷藏一小时。
  • 7.用同样的过程,将可可糊拌好。
  • 8.预热烤箱,再将冷藏好的蛋糕糊拿出。
  • 9.分别挤在甜甜圈模子里,再用筷子顺时针拌好。
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱140度烤制25分钟。
  • 11.烤好后放凉即可享用。
