【蚝油炒鸭胗】
我们家最喜欢鸭胗了,特别是孩子们有段时间没吃就会想吃。其实内脏的营养都比较高。

鸭肫的主要营养成分有碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、烟酸、维生素C、维生素E和钙、镁、铁、钾、磷、钠、硒等矿物质。鸭肫铁元素含量较丰富,女性可以适当多食用一些。相关人群一般人群均可食用贫血病患者尤其适合食用.上腹饱胀、消化不良者,可多吃鸭肫。一次食用不可过多,否则反而不易消化。鲜鸭肫清洗时要剥去内壁黄皮。食疗作用中医认为,鸭肫味甘、性平、咸,有健胃之效。

Steps to make 【蚝油炒鸭胗】

  • 1.材料:鸭胗350克 芹菜4棵 葱头1棵 调和油1汤勺 调料:耗油1汤勺 料酒1汤勺 盐3克 味精少许
  • 2.把鸭胗洗净(我在市场叫老板切好了)芹菜洗净切段备用
  • 3.做锅上火倒入半勺调和油,待油温升高倒入香葱爆香。
  • 4.倒入洗好的鸭胗爆炒至熟装盘。
  • 5.再倒入半勺的油,待油温升高。
  • 6.倒入芹菜炒至变色。再倒入炒的鸭胗翻炒均匀。
  • 7.倒入1汤勺蚝油。
  • 8.倒入1汤勺料酒。
  • 9.最后倒入3克的盐少许的味精翻炒入味即可出锅了。
