终于如愿以偿的做了这个中空模的炼乳土司,话说现在这个天气好适合做面包,每周都忍不住做,哈哈
这款面包首先很美,光是外观就醉了,组织更是松软,抹了炼乳黄油酱更是增添了很多风味,平淡的面包夹杂着黄油的香味和炼乳的甜味,味道好级了,就是照片没拍好呢,下次继续加油吧

  • 高粉200克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 牛奶125克
  • 3克
  • 炼乳15克
  • 黄油20克入面包
  • 酵母3克
  • 炼乳20克黄油炼乳酱
  • 软化黄油20克黄油炼乳酱

Steps to make 风靡网络的日式炼乳吐司

  • 1.先液体后粉类的原则入面包桶,一个半和面程序
  • 2.加入黄油
  • 3.继续一个半和面程序至扩展阶段,入温暖处首次发酵
  • 4.发酵好的面团,现在的天气一个小时即可
  • 5.软化的黄油加炼乳搅拌均匀
  • 6.取出发酵好的面团压平排气,并擀成椭圆形并涂上炼乳黄油酱,再切成4段,再摞起来,切成8等分
  • 7.竖着入涂了黄油的模具并在表面刷上黄油炼乳酱,进行二次发酵
  • 8.二发结束后的面团,涨得还挺高,我喜欢,哈哈
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱180度20分钟
