  • 1.准备春笋
  • 2.准备冰糖和葱花
  • 3.春笋去壳,老根洗净后切块
  • 4.锅内水开后下入焯水后捞起
  • 5.热锅倒油温油下入冰糖
  • 6.用小火炒成焦糖色
  • 7.下入笋不断的翻炒至全部沾上糖色
  • 8.下入生抽和老抽翻炒均匀
  • 9.加入少许开水大火烧开
  • 10.转中小火烧至片刻后熄火出锅,盛入碗中撒上葱花即可享用
