  • 1.排骨腔骨剁成小块,洗去骨头渣
  • 2.与凉水同入锅,煮出多余的血水
  • 3.将煮好的腔排骨捞出
  • 4.大蒜、鲜姜、八角、香叶提前准备好
  • 5.将腔排骨入高压锅内胆中,倒入热水,与腔排骨持平,再倒入适量的酱油、料酒,调料同入锅
  • 6.用焖饭程序,大概有40分钟就可以出锅了
  • 7.肉烂且入味,撒点香菜更添香添色
