无油版:香炸带鱼
我家很少吃海鲜,因为只有我才觉得带鱼,墨鱼,海虾。。。这些是香香的。
每次我都少量少量的买,结果还是要吃好久。。不给力啊!
这次家里添了新利器,我义无返顾地买了带鱼回家。。哈哈,香喷喷的带鱼出炉咯!腌制、烹饪完全无油哦!健康吧,哈哈!
不过呢,若是你要招呼客人。最好还是在炸蓝里刷层油,再在带鱼两面刷层油,取出来的时候,成品比较完整,口感也会更好。

Steps to make 无油版:香炸带鱼

  • 1.带鱼让店家处理干净,然后冲洗干净,拭干水分;
  • 2.调入适量盐、蒸鱼豉油;
  • 3.放入切好的葱花,或者放入葱段也可以;
  • 4.将带鱼和调料搅拌均匀,腌制10-15分钟;
  • 5.空气炸锅温度调至200度,预热5分钟;
  • 6.炸蓝里放入稍稍沥干酱汁的带鱼;
  • 7.将炸蓝放入炸锅里,时间设置为15分钟;
  • 8.烹饪期间,可将炸蓝取出,晃动几下,让食物受热更均匀;15分钟后,带鱼烹饪完成,听到“叮”的一声,即可断电;
  • 9.将带鱼盛出,装碟即可。
