Steps to make 香蕉磅蛋糕

  • 1.先将香蕉打成泥;
  • 2.黄油融化后加入糖,搅打均匀;
  • 3. 再分次加入鸡蛋, 搅拌均匀后再加下一个搅打均匀;
  • 4. 加入香蕉泥, 搅打均匀;
  • 5. 倒入过筛的低筋面粉和泡打粉,混合均匀;
  • 6.模具先涂抹一层黄油, 再放入点面粉后倒出来, 将混合液倒入至七、八分满;
  • 7. 再在表面上撒些烘烤过的 杏仁片;
  • 8. 通过手机控制烤箱, 上管160度,下管170度,烘烤20分钟;
  • 9.早餐时, 切上几片,浇淋上巧克力酱, 撒上花生, 再配上豆浆和水果。
