Steps to make 万花筒寿司

  • 1.先将米煮上。将三文鱼切成约为1cm*1cm宽,半张寿司海苔长的四条。
  • 2.将其中两条三文鱼条放入酱油中,放入冰箱冷藏,腌制20分钟左右,不宜太久,酱油会使生鱼片变硬。
  • 3.腌制期间,准备两色寿司米饭。将煮熟的饭取出放入大碗中,加入寿司醋搅拌均匀,扇凉。取出一半,加入树莓汁,搅拌均匀成粉色寿司米饭。如果没有树莓汁,用点色素代替也可以。
  • 4.选半截粗细均匀且笔直的黄瓜,切成横截面为扇形的四条长条,拼起来可以成一个圆形。
  • 5.取半张寿司海苔,黏上约60克左右的白色寿司米饭。将黄瓜拼成圆形,放在米饭上,将寿司卷起,将收口处用少许米饭黏住,切去多余海苔。
  • 6.另取两张半张的寿司海苔,用少许米粒粘成一长条。在海苔上黏上80克左右的粉色寿司米饭,在上面放上黄瓜卷,将寿司卷起,将收口处用少许米饭黏住,切去多余海苔。
  • 7.将饭圈顺着黄瓜的边切成四个扇形。
  • 8.取两张半张的寿司海苔,用少许米粒将两张粘成一长条。将两条黄瓜饭卷海苔朝中间放置。
  • 9.在海苔上抹上蛋黄酱。
  • 10.将一条原色的三文鱼条放在下面,叠上两条深色三文鱼条,把另外一条原色三文鱼条放在上面。
  • 11.再在三文鱼条边上抹上蛋黄酱,放上另外两条黄瓜饭圈,侧面形成一个正方形。
  • 12.将寿司卷起,在收口处抹上少许米粒粘住固定。将刀上抹上少许水,将寿司切成1.5cm左右即可。
