糖醋里脊条
我家有个不爱吃肉的小朋友,好象熟悉我的朋友们都知道啊,正于生长期的小朋友,个子一个月就能长一厘米,不吃肉,营养怎能跟得上?愁,真愁,我和他爸经常私下说,不求长到1米85,只要到1米80就好,嘿嘿,要求不算太高,也不算太低,毕竟,我和他爸都不算太高的人。
这外脊肉,只比里脊肉的嫩度差了一点点,是我家经常买的,这个部位,切丝切块,比较容易造型。炒食、炸食都比较鲜而不柴。
改造小朋友,让他多少吃点肉,是我一直努力的目标,就象这个糖醋肉条,就是做给小朋友的,加了番茄酱,色泽鲜艳,口感酸甜,在很大程度上改变了肉的特有味道(我家小朋友说的),他很喜欢。能让孩子健康成长,是我最大的心愿。

    Steps to make 糖醋里脊条

    • 1.准备外脊肉(只要瘦的部分)
    • 2.切成筷子粗的条。
    • 3.加料酒、水淀粉、一点点盐稍腌制。
    • 4.油温烧至200度左右,入锅炸制。
    • 5.至色泽金黄捞出沥油。
    • 6.锅中留少许底油,加入姜、葱炒香。
    • 7.加入少许番茄酱。(我用了约3大匙)
    • 8.炒香后,加入适量糖、醋。
    • 9.加入适量开水煮开,尝一下味道,根据自已的喜好,可以再次调一下味。
    • 10.倒入炸好的肉条,快速翻炒。
    • 11.大料酒,大火收汁。
    • 12.关火加少许芝麻油翻匀出锅。
    • 13.酸甜可口的肉条可以享用了!
