  • 1.取梅干菜。
  • 2.泡四个小时左右。再洗净沥干。
  • 3.葱姜切好,瘦肉切丁。
  • 4.锅预热,倒油,下入姜葱爆香。
  • 5.放入梅干菜炒二分钟,加入除鸡精外的所有调料,炒均匀白加开水。
  • 6.中火烧开,改小火将梅干菜焖软。焖十分钟左右。
  • 7.再下入瘦肉丁,炒熟。
  • 8.炒干水分,加鸡精调味。关火。
  • 9.装入碗中,待用。
  • 10.发酵好的面团,揉出气体,搓成长条。
  • 11.切成剂子,压扁,擀薄,包人梅干菜肉丁馅。
  • 12.蒸锅抹干,抹油,放入包子生胚,盖上锅盖,水开后蒸二十分钟,关火再虚蒸五分钟,再开盖。
  • 13.出锅。
