Steps to make 荤素双鲍

  • 1.鲍鱼去内脏,嘴,洗刷干净。
  • 2.改花刀。
  • 3.加鸡腿、姜片,少许盐同煮一小时左右,如果有五花肉再放点五花肉,鲍鱼可以同时吸取鸡肉和猪肉的味道。
  • 4.香菇改刀。
  • 5.开水焯三分钟后捞出过凉水。
  • 6.香菇放入煮鲍鱼的锅中同煮几分钟,再浸泡十分钟后捞出。
  • 7.菠菜、上海青放少许油盐焯水一分钟,捞出摆盘,我这纯粹是家里上海青不够了,就地取材,如果都是上海青摆盘会更漂亮。
  • 8.锅内放油,下鲍鱼香菇翻炒一下,加入煮鲍鱼的原汤。
  • 9.汤中调入生抽、蚝油、糖,少许盐,煮开后用水淀粉勾芡。
  • 10.摆盘后用汤汁淋上即可。
  • 11.再补个光,是不是特别有食欲呢?
