蒜苗南乳鸭子
好久没吃鸭子了,于是买了半只比较老身的番鸭,不过半只已经有接近5斤了。买回来后,砍好用蒜苗和南乳一切焖来吃,炒的时候倒了点黄酒进去增加香味。倒黄酒的时候记得不要拿的高高的淋下去,要放低直接倒进去,不然味道会变酸哦。鸭子也是,要买老身的,这样一炒的时候很快出油。如果很嫩的鸭子一炒马上出一锅水,不好吃哦。

  • 陈皮1小块
  • 红辣椒1只
  • 生姜片10片
  • 南乳1块
  • 黄酒10克
  • 花生油5克

Steps to make 蒜苗南乳鸭子

  • 1.鸭子洗干净砍成件,姜切成片,锅烧热下点点花生油走锅,鸭肉姜片倒进去翻炒至出油,然后盖上盖子煮5分钟。(盐等调料不要先放,)
  • 2.接着盖子打开,可以看见鸭肉已经出油很多,这时候可以把眼添加进去了,再倒点黄酒到鸭肉里头炒炒,南乳也放进去弄碎。
  • 3.把南乳和鸭子炒均匀和,把盖子盖上焖5分钟,注意火候不要烧糊了。
  • 4.蒜苗分开蒜白和蒜青切好,辣椒去掉籽切成小方块。
  • 5.焖过的鸭子放进蒜白和辣椒。
  • 6.把辣椒和蒜白和鸭子翻炒一下,继续盖上焖几分钟。
  • 7.然后 蒜苗也放进去。
  • 8.最后把蒜苗和鸭子炒一起就可以了。
  • 9.为了加热方便,可以把煮好的鸭子成沙锅里头。
  • 10.也可以这样直接放盘子吃哦。味道这的不错,有吃野味的感觉,很鲜美。
