  • 5.加入郫县豆瓣酱翻炒出香味。
  • 6.加入清水烧开。
  • 7.将肉片下入,用筷子滑散,烧开。
  • 8.倒入油菜碗中,将香葱花放在最顶上。
  • 9.炒锅加油,烧至七成热,改小火加入麻椒、干红辣椒炒香。
  • 10.浇在葱花和肉片上。
