酸奶营养又美味,深受大家的喜爱,酸奶比牛奶营养更丰富,且容易消化和吸收,喝酸奶有四大功效:饮用酸奶可克服乳糖不适应症,酸奶可以降低胆固醇,酸奶对便秘和细菌性腹淀有预防作用,酸奶具有美容作用。酸奶是以牛奶为原料,添加乳酸菌,经过发酵而凝固形成的一种乳制品。但是市面上卖的酸奶多是添加了各种添加剂来增加浓稠度,我看了一下某品牌的风味酸奶,包装盒上面标示了各种食品添加剂,果胶、结冷胶、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、双乙酰酒石酸单双甘油脂,食品用香精。然而自己在家做的酸奶,只有两样东西,看清楚,是两样东西!纯牛奶和酸奶发酵剂。做出来的酸奶浓稠,滑滑的。

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.准备好牛奶、酸奶发酵菌、糖(我做的时候没有加糖),将炖盅和盛牛奶的盆子,汤匙用刚煲好的开水烫两三次。
  • 2.盆里倒入少量牛奶
  • 3.将酸奶发酵菌倒入
  • 4.用汤匙搅拌,使发酵菌全部溶解于牛奶里
  • 5.然后再倒入剩余的牛奶,搅拌几下
  • 6.将牛奶倒入到炖盅里
  • 7.盖上盖子,机子里加入适量的45度水,将炖盅放入
  • 8.选择酸奶档,机子显示9个小时
  • 9.时间到,将炖盅取出,这时候可以吃了。不过,放入冰箱冷藏炖化后更美味
