Steps to make 酱焖鱼块

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.鱼块放入盆中,放欣和味达美臻品料酒、胡椒粉、抓匀,放玉米淀粉和面粉,一勺油,拌匀备用。
  • 3.炸鱼。
  • 4.鱼炸至金黄捞出备用。
  • 5.锅里放油,放六月香葱伴侣豆瓣酱,小火煸炒。
  • 6.放葱姜蒜炒香、放六月鲜10克轻盐原汁酱油,加适量水,放入炸好的鱼块,炖煮20分钟后关火。
  • 7.鱼块不要着急捞出来,在汤汁里泡越久越入味。
