    • 1.鲜虾洗净控干.
    • 2.去虾头虾皮,不喜欢虾线的可以挑去.
    • 3.适量面粉和地瓜淀粉1:1放在小碗里.
    • 4.加入一点点小苏打.
    • 5.加适量水搅拌成面糊状,加适量盐调至合适咸度.面糊不要太稠,否则炸出的虾仁裹得太厚.
    • 6.将虾仁放入搅匀,外挂一薄层面糊状即可.
    • 7.国内倒入油,八成熟即可.
    • 8.放入虾仁,炸制金黄色即可.炸的过程中注意不要被飞溅的油滴烫到哦.一般刚放入的时候小油泡多.
    • 9.捞出控一下油,可以开动啦,非常鲜美哦.
