七宝豆浆
所谓七宝,就是把所有的豆都招呼上,再加个枸杞。
有一种颜色叫做枸杞黄。其实枸杞的颜色挺不错的,泡在水里是清透的橙色,跟牛奶之类的白色混搭也还过得去。唯独跟各色杂豆混在一起,就变成浑浊不清的泥浆色。好难看。
味道,还行吧。。。。

  • 薏米20克
  • 枸杞10克
  • 1500毫升

  • 1.用料:黄豆20克,黑豆20克,红豆20克,绿豆10克,花生10克,薏米20克,枸杞10克,水1500毫升
  • 2.将所有材料洗净控水,
  • 3.倒入碗中,加水浸泡至涨发。
  • 4.将滤布套在滤网架上,装入豆腐机打浆桶。
  • 5.倒入所有材料,
  • 6.加入清水。
  • 7.盖好盖子,
  • 8.放入机座,卡好。
  • 9.启动豆浆功能。
  • 10.打浆结束,取下打浆桶
  • 11.揭盖,
  • 12.取走滤网架,使渣浆混合,
  • 13.倒出
