Steps to make 精致、迷人、浪漫的中式“糯米团子”

  • 1.火龙果皮、青菜分别榨汁
  • 2.紫薯和南瓜去皮蒸熟备用
  • 3.绿豆洗净加水高压锅煮熟烂,料理机打泥,和前面的白芸豆一样炒成绿豆沙
  • 4.白芸豆是以前的馅料,放在冰柜里面,提前拿出来化冻,绿豆沙和白豆沙做成圆的馅料备用
  • 5.糯米粉加糖粉、玉米油、澄粉(开水烫熟)
  • 6.糯米粉加糖粉、玉米油、澄粉(开水烫熟)和各种颜色的原料分别和成面团,不要略微软和一点,醒半个小时
  • 7.面团包上馅心
  • 8.搓成圆形,整形圆形或者成方形
  • 9.整形成梅花形状
  • 10.中间压一下
  • 11.用粉色的做个花,放在中间
  • 12.中间放上黄色的花心,用牙签在花瓣上面压一下
  • 13.取粉红面团一小块搓成圆形,压成小圆饼
  • 14.用刀均匀分成五分,把每边捏成花瓣
  • 15.把小花中间用筷子压一下
  • 16.放上黄色花心
  • 17.用绿色面团捏成水滴型做成叶子
  • 18.用牙签再压出叶子的纹路
  • 19.做的成品
  • 20.只要自己觉得好看,什么牙签瓶盖都可以用上,尽情的发挥吧,我兴奋的做了好多花型,哈哈几乎没有重复的
  • 21.下面垫上粽子叶,水开上笼蒸8分钟出锅
