【传统芝麻花生汤圆】
冬至已经过了,可是我的汤圆却迟迟未发,冬至那天我没有做汤圆,而是在外面买了现成的材料回来包一下而已,问了两家,一家是市场里面的,卖六块钱一斤,一家是市场门口的,卖四块钱一斤,看起来都很不错,想着市场里面要交租嘛,所以买了外面四块钱一斤的。可是让我大失所望啊,按理来说水磨的糯米浆包出来的汤圆应该是更好吃的,可能是糙米加的多了一点,比例失调了,所以口感有点硬,太失败了,还不如自己做的汤圆呢,改天自己再重新做一次,现在的人真是不实在,偷工减料!花生粉,芝麻粉都是三块钱一小袋,这个还是能用的,不过不够细腻,自己要再拿磨粉机磨一下。

    • 1.水磨糯米团,黄豆粉,芝麻粉。
    • 2.在盘中撒些糯米粉。
    • 3.取一小团摁扁。
    • 4.放适量黄豆粉。
    • 5.也可以取适量芝麻粉。
    • 6.往中间推,直至封口。
    • 7.轻搓成圆。
    • 8.裹少许糯米粉防止粘连。
    • 9.先做了四个黄豆馅,四个芝麻馅的。
    • 10.水开后下入汤圆,煮至漂浮即可。
