花生芝麻糍粑卷
在过一个月就是端午节了,端午节最应景最必不可少的就是粽子,可是我能告诉你,我们老家的粽子其实就是糯米粉加水蒸熟再蘸糖花生芝麻吃吗?当然也不是只有这一种,还有凉粉棕,也有人卖粽子的,不过我倒是酷爱糯米粉蒸熟出来的糯米粽,蘸着花生芝麻都特别好吃。特别喜欢糯米制品,不管是糍粑、南瓜饼还是麻薯,这次的煎糍粑和蒸熟的粉棕相较会软糯一些,其实很多年前也做过,嘴馋了就煎好了直接蘸着糖吃,现在把它做得美观点分享出来吧,很简单易学的哦!

  • 奶粉20克
  • 熟花生50克
  • 熟黑芝麻20克
  • 白砂糖40克

Steps to make 花生芝麻糍粑卷

  • 1.准备材料:糯米粉150克、奶粉20克、水210克、生花生的话事先用烤箱150烤30分钟,黑芝麻也提前炒熟,熟花生去皮50克芝麻20克糖40克;
  • 2.把花生芝麻和白糖倒入料理杯稍微打碎备用;
  • 3.糯米粉和奶粉水混合搅匀成面糊;
  • 4.平底锅或者不粘锅用纸巾刷一层油,锅烧至4、5成热时倒入一大勺面糊,晃一下锅使面糊稍微摊开,不要摊得太薄,太薄了没口感,中小火煎;
  • 5.当面糊煎至完全变色时就已经定型了,翻另一面煎继续剪;
  • 6.翻面后马上倒适量的花生芝麻糖粉在糍粑上;
  • 7.用锅铲或者筷子辅助,先折两边,在从下到上卷起来,像卷春卷一样;
  • 8.卷好的糍粑煎至两面金黄即可。
