Steps to make 爆炒油蛤

  • 1.油蛤清洗干净,泡在盐水里吐沙(虽然买回来就比较干净了,感觉还是泡一下比较好,哈哈)。
  • 2.起锅烧油,油热下葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 3.下油蛤翻炒。
  • 4.下小米辣。
  • 5.倒一勺生抽,一勺料酒,适量清水,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.油蛤开口就关火,煮太久肉质变老,壳肉分离。
  • 7.海鲜本身就有咸味,又加了生抽,所以没有加盐和鸡精。撒上葱花,就可以出锅了。
  • 8.成品。油蛤肉质鲜嫩,非常好吃。
