蒜薹炒白肉
这是很久以前做的了,现在看来依然记着这菜的味道~刚开始学做菜的时候总是不走常规路线~

一般都是肉丝炒蒜薹的,那天碰巧有个熟的白肉,又想吃郫县豆瓣酱,于是就混合一起炒了~

可别说,这菜的味道是郫县豆瓣酱的灵魂,特别下饭呢,白肉很香,比肉丝蒜薹好吃多了~

今天看这道菜的时候挺怀念当时做菜的心情,这之后再也没有第二次做了,熟白肉可不是随时都有的~

    Steps to make 蒜薹炒白肉

    • 1.熟白肉切片,葱斜切片,姜切丝。
    • 2.蒜薹洗净切小段。
    • 3.取炒锅,倒入适量油,趁凉油时倒入适量郫县豆瓣酱小火慢慢炒出红油。
    • 4.红油炒出来后加入葱姜略炒,再加入白肉快速翻炒。
    • 5.加入料酒快速翻炒。
    • 6.加入蒜薹略炒。
    • 7.加入老抽调味,蒜薹炒熟即可出锅。
