Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.食材:鸡蛋、面粉和泡打粉混合、白糖。
  • 2.鸡蛋和蛋黄打入盆中,放入柠檬汁几滴。
  • 3.分3次加入白糖,用电动打蛋器打发,提起打蛋头,滴落下来的蛋糊能画出清洗的纹路,可以保持5秒钟以上。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,放入黑芝麻。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀上下翻拌均匀,拌匀的面糊顺滑。
  • 6.将面糊装入裱花袋中,裱花袋下面剪一个小口。
  • 7.在烤盘上挤出直径约为2cm的小圆面糊(尽量均匀哈)。
  • 8.挤了两个烤盘,非不粘烤盘就要垫上油纸。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,中层,烤12分钟左右,表面上色满意即可出炉。
  • 10.出炉晾凉,用刮刀轻轻一刮就可。
  • 11.满满的蛋香味,酥酥的,给宝宝做零食蛮好。
