香菇肉酱
老妈家最常吃的美食,以前我们住校的时候,每次回家都会有妈妈做的肉酱,不过那时候没有香菇,就是肉和辣椒,带上一瓶能吃好几天,现在虽然条件好了,不过这酱还是总吃,用来拌饭、拌面、佐餐都是很不错的美食!

  • 葱伴侣大酱90克
  • 辣椒1个
  • 大葱1小段
  • 3片
  • 植物油4汤匙

Steps to make 香菇肉酱

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.五花肉切丁
  • 3.香菇切丁,辣椒切丁,葱切葱花,姜切末
  • 4.热锅凉油,油温热的时候下入五花肉丁,小火煸出油、颜色微黄,加入葱姜煸出香味
  • 5.放入香菇丁炒到香菇出香味、变软
  • 6.放入大酱炒匀、油和酱融到一起,放入辣椒炒到辣椒变色即可关火出锅。
