Steps to make 葡式蛋挞

  • 1.准备好食材,蛋挞皮一般都是提前买好了,为保证不变质放在冷冻里,所以用的时候提前拿出来室温解冻。
  • 2.将淡奶油和牛奶混合均匀。
  • 3.称好白砂糖放入,搅拌使白砂糖化开,可以稍微加点温促进融化。
  • 4.鸡蛋用分离器将蛋清和蛋黄分开。
  • 5.向混合液里放入四个蛋黄。
  • 6.搅拌匀。
  • 7.蛋挞在烤盘中摆好。
  • 8.烤箱200度预热,同时将调好的混合液用小勺盛装入蛋挞皮中,大约8成即可,太多则蛋挞皮边缘被浸透不酥脆,太少不好吃。
  • 9.烤箱200度烤20分钟,至表皮稍微有一点深色即可。
