  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.羊腩切小块焯水洗净备用。葱切段,姜切块,竹笋切块水煮5分钟泡冷水10分钟沥干。胡萝卜切滚刀块。
  • 3.锅里放油,煸炒羊腩,把水分煸炒出去,差不多羊肉微黄为好。放入葱姜蒜继续炒出香味。
  • 4.放入冬笋冬菇,一起炒均匀。
  • 5.放酱油,料酒,蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.兑水淹没食材。
  • 7.大火烧开,小火炖40分钟。调入一茶匙盐放入胡萝卜。
  • 8.放入两颗冰糖大火收汁。
