  • 3.新鲜的刺老芽需要洗净后焯水,袋装的直接洗净即可,我买的袋装的,用水洗几次,然后攥干水分。
  • 4.锅中放适量油,放入蒜末,小火爆香。
  • 5.放入肉片,快速炒熟。
  • 6.放入刺老芽,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.放入适量盐,翻炒入味。
  • 8.几分钟后,放入青椒,翻炒断生。
  • 9.尖椒断生即可出锅。
