    • 1.肉没有里脊肉我拿的别的代替,(当然没有里脊的好),切成一厘米的片,这是锅中放入炸至的油预热

    • 3.在沾上湿淀粉
    • 4.直接放入锅中炸,一片一片的向上述2.3步骤沾好淀粉放入
    • 5.炸好一面翻面炸另一面
    • 6.炸好的一边捞出
    • 7.当油温更高时把炸好的一边肉倒入炸至两分钟
    • 8.捞出备用
    • 9.左边糖,右边是白醋中加了点盐
    • 10.将两种混合搅拌化开
    • 11.炸好肉后将油倒出,用锅底剩下的油烧热,倒入调好的汁,在放入炸好的肉,迅速翻匀放入葱花点缀一下 出锅
