天然彩色吐司
老公对各式各样的吐司情有独钟,因此每周必定要做一次吐司。不太喜欢面包机一键式吐司功能,还是自己动手操作的面包味道要来得更好一些。颜色鲜艳的吐司,也能让自己的心情大好。

  • 奶粉5克

Steps to make 天然彩色吐司

  • 1.以红色面团为例,先将红心火龙果打成汁,加入主料中所有的材料,活成一个红色的面团。黄色的面团是用南瓜泥来代替红心火龙果汁。最后再活一个原色面团,取一半的原色面团加入可可粉,和成可可面团。
  • 2.将四色面团揉出膜,放在温暖湿润的地方进行第一次发酵。
  • 3.第一次发酵至原来的2.5倍大。
  • 4.取出面团排气,滚成长条状,放入不沾吐司模具中。
  • 5.第二次发酵至模具的九分满。
  • 6.九阳粉小焙提前预热。模具放入烤箱最底层,180度热风35分钟左右。
  • 7.放凉后即可切片。
  • 8.火龙果面团烘烤过后颜色变化最大,由玫红色变成了淡粉色。
  • 9.再搭配一杯火龙果汁,妥妥的。
