  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把鸡胸肉切成薄片,用厨房纸吸干水分,放入盘中,加入玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀,让每片鸡肉都能裹上薄薄的淀粉。
  • 3.把莴笋去皮洗净,用刨刀削成长的薄片,切成5公分左右的段,用少许盐抹一下,折叠放入准备好的盘边沿,余下的莴笋别浪费,切成片铺在盘底。
  • 4.把葱姜蒜和小米椒洗净(剔去籽),生姜切片,2根香葱和蒜瓣切碎末待用,准备调料汁;香葱和蒜末,小米椒放入小碗中,加入六月鲜轻盐原味酱油1勺,芝麻香油3克,低卡糖粉1克(没有就白糖5克代替),鸡精1克,胡椒粉1克,用少许纯净水调制均匀。
