  • 1.主辅料: 牛奶240ml、奶油100克、鸡蛋2个。
  • 2.把鸡蛋、牛奶、白糖放入碗中 。

  • 4.然后放入微波炉加热至微开状态。
  • 5. 取出后晾凉 。
  • 6. 奶油搅打至粘稠。
  • 7.倒入晾凉的鸡蛋牛奶糊 。
  • 8. 再次搅拌均匀。
  • 9. 取出冷冻的冰桶,放入冰淇淋机。
  • 10.倒入冰淇淋糊。
  • 11. 启动冰淇淋机,30分钟左右就会冷冻成软态的冰淇淋
  • 12.喜欢硬实一点的可以继续放入冰箱冷冻即成。
  • 13.装盘即可品味。
