银耳紫薯水果汤圆

Steps to make 银耳紫薯水果汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉里掺入少量紫薯粉拌匀
  • 2.做汤圆的原料
  • 3.紫薯糯米粉温水合成面团,芝麻汤圆馅做好,水发银耳,枸杞,黄桃备好待用
  • 4.发好的银耳先煮进开水锅小火慢炖,(我的银耳撕的比较碎这样好吃)
  • 5.炖银耳汤的空闲时间做汤圆,面团分成小块要比汤圆馅稍微大些
  • 6.取一块面团揉圆捏成碗状抱一个汤圆馅
  • 7.收口捏圆一个汤圆做好了以此做好所有汤圆
  • 8.黄桃切丁
  • 9.包好的汤圆和切好的黄桃丁一起煮进银耳汤中,大火煮至汤圆浮起撒上枸杞就可以吃了
  • 10.成品,好漂亮哦!是我喜欢的紫色
  • 11.成品,香甜可口
