日式蛏子海藻沙拉
休息日在家,简简单单一道清爽的沙拉,一份快手主食,阳光下配上一杯果汁细细品味,自是一件再惬意不过的事情。
从小深居内陆的孩子,来到了沿海,似乎总觉得海鲜怎么可以这么便宜有新鲜,完全不像记忆中那些昂贵的海洋生物尸体,认识的不认识的数不胜数,特别是上次舟山一行,更是对海鲜有着最深的迷恋。
一个人吃饭,蒸条鱼炒个青菜,觉得小日子就美美的了,要是再有一份葱姜炒蛏子亦或是盐水虾那就该是只羡鸳鸯不羡仙的生活了。在贝类中我最偏爱蛏子,不是其他贝壳的华而不实,它可是主动把自己养得白白胖胖的家伙。那般肥美,价格又不贵,让我惊为天物。
最常见的大概就是葱姜爆炒,或者出水后淋上酱汁,今天也是简单的水煮,搭配日式的沙拉汁和蔬菜,营养平衡健康又美味。

  • 笋尖30克
  • 菠菜嫩叶10克
  • 荷兰豆30克
  • 日式昆布柑橘醋20ML
  • 葡萄籽油10ML

Steps to make 日式蛏子海藻沙拉

  • 1.将蛏子去沙洗净,在加入少许盐的开水中汆烫至熟,去壳备用。
  • 2.荷兰豆去筋,笋尖一开六份。
  • 3.将荷兰豆和笋尖分别放入开水中汆烫止熟。
  • 4.将海藻洗净,黄瓜切成菱形块,菠菜嫩叶泡水后控干水分。
  • 5.将所有食材摆入盘中,淋上昆布柑橘醋、盐和葡萄籽油混合而成的沙拉汁,撒上少许现磨黑胡椒碎即可。
