  • 孜然粉40克
  • 意式混合香料30克
  • 葱段1/4棵
  • 生姜1/4个

Steps to make 烤羊腿

  • 1.将洗干净的羊腿沿着腿骨把肉切开,展开但不要切断。
  • 2.把所有配料和葱段、姜丝拌匀。
  • 3.用调制好的调料腌制羊腿。期间要不断地按摩、翻面,使味道浸入肉中。腌制的时间由各人口味的咸淡而定。
  • 4.放入烤箱的第二层,温度设定200度,烤制40分钟。
  • 5.40分钟后,将带皮那面翻过来继续烤20分钟。
  • 6.烤熟之后,立即将羊腿从烤箱中取出,以免因预热而使肉质变老。
