前两天一位朋友向我推荐了一个沙棘果酱,她说这是她们那里的特产,特别的好吃,作为果酱发烧友的我当然不能错过了,但是,现在这个季节还不是沙棘果实的时节,怎么办呢,我想到了西北莜面,他们常年有沙棘汁的,我周末去吃饭多买了一瓶回来制作了沙棘果酱,跟大家分享一下,沙棘果酱是沙棘果与健脾、化滞的胡萝卜和冰糖组成,可为人体提供丰富的维生素C 、胡萝卜素、糖类等营养成分,丰富的维生素C 、维生素E 、胡萝卜素有助于增强人体免疫功能,树人体正气,强身健体,防癌抗癌,健美抗衰老。还适用于体虚、乏力、消化不良、咳喘、百日咳、角膜干燥、两目昏花、夜盲等病症。

Steps to make 植物群VC之王沙棘果酱

  • 1.购买现成的沙棘汁或自己准备沙棘果榨取沙棘汁(我是卖的沙棘汁);
  • 2.胡萝卜洗净去皮,并剥成胡萝卜丝;
  • 3.柠檬洗净对切,榨取柠檬汁,取40g柠檬汁,备用;
  • 4.将胡萝卜丝放入玻璃盆中,加入沙棘汁;
  • 5.加入冰糖及柠檬汁,保鲜膜封好,放进冰箱10~12小时,每过3~4小时需取出来搅拌一次;
  • 6.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水摸过瓶子,煮沸10分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶,备用;
  • 7.自冰箱中取出,倒入铜锅内以中小火熬煮;
  • 8.煮沸后将涩汁去除;
  • 9.熬煮至果酱浓缩为1/2后即关火,将果酱捞出,倒入料理机中打成果泥;
  • 10.将果泥倒回铜锅中,重新开火熬煮,煮至沸腾即关火;
  • 11.将果酱装进瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放进冰箱中冷藏。
