绿豆面煎饼果子

  • 中筋面粉150g
  • 400g
  • 油条4根
  • 鸡蛋4个

Steps to make 绿豆面煎饼果子

  • 1.将面粉混合
  • 2.水倒入面粉里,搅拌均匀,形成面糊,面糊应该为可流动状态。静置30分钟备用
  • 3.葱花切碎,生菜洗净,芝麻炒熟
  • 4.预热饼铛,刷一层植物油,舀适量的面糊
  • 5.用刮板将面糊均匀的摊平
  • 6.打入一颗鸡蛋,用刮板摊匀,撒芝麻和葱花,鸡蛋凝固后,将煎饼翻面
  • 7.抹上适量甜面酱或者辣酱均可,放上生菜
  • 8.放上油条
  • 9.卷起开动吧
