  • 1.无盐黄油45g切块室温软化。
  • 2.加入55g糖粉。
  • 3.手抽充分搅匀。
  • 4.全蛋液(常温)40g,分三次加入。
  • 5.每次加入都要搅拌到完全吸收。
  • 6.再加入下一次。
  • 7.益力多70g,分三次加入。
  • 8.每次加入都要搅拌到完全吸收。
  • 9.再加入下一次。
  • 10.筛入70g低筋面粉和3g泡打粉。
  • 11.“Z"字形搅拌均匀至蛋糕糊有光泽。
  • 12.烤箱预热上下火180度。
  • 13.蛋糕糊分两份,其中一份加入可可粉,切拌均匀,两份蛋糕糊分别装入裱花袋备用。
  • 14.两色蛋糕糊错开颜色,分别挤入模具做成云石效果。
  • 15.震几下盘。
  • 16.放入预热好的烤箱中下层,上下火180度,烘烤15分钟。
  • 17.出炉,震盘。
  • 18.倒扣冷却网,脱模。
