章鱼小丸子
章鱼烧又名为章鱼小丸子,章鱼小丸子起源于日本大阪,原名“章鱼烧”,其历史要追溯到大正年代,创始人是日本著名美食家——远藤留吉先生,素有皮酥肉嫩、味美价廉之特点,成为日本家喻户晓的国粹小吃。章鱼小丸子早随后在东南亚各地区流行起来,成为个地区的新兴食品之一.章鱼小丸子的成份主要是章鱼,章鱼烧粉,柴鱼片,海苔等.
自己在家制作章鱼小丸子,当然买不到那么多纯正的日本原料,那么我们山寨一把,只要配上烧汁、海苔粉、木鱼花,和现在北京***卖的那些简直是一样一样的!

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 生抽5克
  • 冷水200ml
  • 山药泥1大勺
  • 蟹棒1根

Steps to make 章鱼小丸子

  • 1.所有材料准备就绪:八爪鱼用水炒熟、洋葱切丁、蟹棒切丁。
  • 2.山药擦成泥。
  • 3.主料里所有材料混合
  • 4.搅拌均匀成面糊。
  • 5.小丸子的模具在火上加热,表面抹上一层橄榄油。
  • 6.先将面糊倒入模具的八分满
  • 7.撒上洋葱丁
  • 8.撒上八爪鱼。
  • 9.撒上蟹棒丁
  • 10.撒上玉米粒和豌豆粒
  • 11.再将剩余的面糊洒在表面
  • 12.翻滚着整成一个一个小丸子
  • 13.盛入容器中
  • 14.先挤上一层沙拉酱
  • 15.烧汁
  • 16.海苔粉
  • 17.木鱼花
