披萨凶猛---《薄饼火腿pizza》
之前就很爱吃披萨,一直做的八寸圆饼厚底的,前几天浏览国外的美食
博客,看到了薄底的,很想试一试,面饼的配料没有变,只是把之前的
配料可以做一个底,现在可以做两个啦~擀的薄一点就可以,很简单,
烤出来很脆很香,哎呀,披萨就是个一学就会的东西,周末啦,大家快
来试一试。

  • 高筋面粉150g
  • 橄榄油10g
  • 温水70g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 2.5g
  • 5g
  • 鸡蛋黄一个

Steps to make 披萨凶猛---《薄饼火腿pizza》

  • 1.将高低粉过筛后放入钢盆中。
  • 2.加入蛋黄。
  • 3.加入橄榄油,盐,白砂糖。
  • 4.将干酵母粉放入小碗中,冲入温水拌匀。
  • 5.将干酵母水加入到面粉中揉匀成面团。
  • 6.反复揉搓、摔打面团,至面团光滑,封上保鲜膜进行基础发酵。发酵至2倍大。
  • 7.将发酵好的面团分成两等分,取一份擀成椭圆的薄饼,饧几分钟。
  • 8.趁着饧面的空隙制作馅料,洗净玉米粒和青椒等。
  • 9.控干玉米粒的水分,青椒切成小圆圈,火腿切薄片。
  • 10.在饧好的薄饼上,用叉子叉若干小孔,之后抹上一层番茄酱和芝士碎。
  • 11.底层放肉,之后铺上青椒和玉米粒,再撒少许芝士碎,抹少许番茄酱。
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱,180度,25分钟即可。我烤制的时间算是比较长的,因为我喜欢吃脆脆的。
