自制红豆糕
夏季养生,健脾化湿很重要,健脾讲究减酸增甘,以健脾气。中医认为,脾是五谷化生之处,脾好才能消化好,才能胃口好,才能身体倍棒。所以不妨吃一些健脾化湿的食物,比如红豆这样的豆类!所以我买了好多红豆在家里!这次做点红豆糕也可以当红豆沙用

Steps to make 自制红豆糕

  • 1..提前一夜泡好红豆
  • 2.红豆洗干净,放入锅中,加入水,白糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.我用的是九阳智能电饭煲,选择煲汤功能!大概工作1个半小时后结束第一次工作,我又选择了一次煲汤功能,开始了第二次工作。如果用的普通锅,建议3个小时以上,这样出来,水分已经很干了,就不用再炒制了,如果水分多,要炒干点
  • 4.将煮好的红豆放凉,然后用九阳料理机将其打成泥状
  • 5.用磨具压成型,如果觉得麻烦也可以不用压制的,可以直接吃,或者留着做红豆沙用
  • 6.美美的下午茶开始了
